About this case study:
Brief
JenaValve is replacing several ductless fume cupboards to assist in developing new and existing medical device components inside its UK facility. These fume extraction systems will form the backbone of the company's manufacturing capabilities.
Solution
We delivered four ductless polypropylene fume cupboards with our new, twelve-inch touch-screen control systems and signature red-light alarms. The cabinets measured 1200mm wide by 750mm deep, providing ample room for equipment.
Outcome
The products performed adequately, showcasing the stain-resistant properties of polypropylene and its simple cleaning procedures. We would always recommend polypropylene alongside stainless steel for any cleanroom environment.
Summary
Delivering and installing four ductless fume cupboards inside a tightly controlled ISO environment can be incredibly challenging. However, our talented engineering and logistics personnel fulfilled the order without compromising the environment.
